Amanda Belanger

As Co-President of the Canadian Jigsaw Puzzle Association, Amanda wears many hats. She is the event coordinator for the virtual competitions, as well as in-person regional and national events. She designs all our graphics and manages the social media pages.

Russell Walsh

Ontario

As Co-President and one of the founders of the Canadian Jigsaw Puzzle Association, Russ enjoys hosting our events. You will see him running the majority of our virtual competitions and one of the lead representatives at our National competition in May.

Karine Tremblay

Member Database & Quebec Lead

Quebec

Karine has been paramount in bringing our first regional event to Quebec. She offers her support with translation services as we work to ensure our media is available in English and French. Additionally, you will see Karine sub in occasionally to host a virtual event.

Fawn Gillard

In-Person Event Organizer, Secretary

Ontario

Fawn joined the Canadian Jigsaw Puzzle Association team in May 2024 at our National event.  Since then, she has joined our team to assist us in developing an organized structure for our in-person events.  Fawn has also been helping with sponsorship relations and launching our first Jigsaw Puzzle Retreat.

Jen Boucher

Social Media Engagement 

Ontario

Jen started with the CJPA as a volunteer at our Eastern Regionals in 2024 and quickly became a huge asset with her social media know how.  She has now joined us as our social media engagement lead to help keep our CJPA Community Hub Facebook group active and exciting for members.

Kyla Norris

Travelling Puzzles

Quebec

Kyla has stepped into the shoes of facilitating our local travelling puzzles.

After connecting with us at our retreat, she eagerly accepted on of our donated wooden puzzles to initiate a local travelling puzzle.

After further brainstorming, she is executing a Canada-wide plan for engaging puzzlers across Canada on this new puzzling adventure.

Meenah Saravanabavan

Virtual Competition
Co-Lead

Ontario

You will know Meenah from our National competitions.  She has been our volunteer lead, taking care of our spotters and ensuring the event runs smoothly.  Her organization is top notch and we are excited to be bringing her on to help us with the virtual competitions.

With the growth in interest, with Meenah on our team, we know we can bring more opportunities to members.

Lizabeth Stanley

Puzzle Socials

Ontario

Liz has attended several of our events including our first Quebec regional and our puzzle retreat.   Anyone who has met Liz knows her as enthusiastic and friendly, making her a perfect person to take the lead on hosting CJPA virtual socials / Puzzle Club.

We are excited to welcome Liz and see how she can help us grow the love of puzzles around Canada.

Leanne Williams

Newsletter Lead

British Columbia

CJPA organizers first met Leanne at our Western Regional in 2024.  Leanne was eager to help us out and is in charge of drafting our bi-monthly newsletter with the latest things happening with the CJPA and in the puzzling community.

Leanne has a small committee she works with to make the magic that hits your inbox happen.

Lauren Zolpys

Puzzle of the Month

British Columbia

You may recognize Lauren from our social media posts for the Puzzle of the Month. She has taken the lead on this initiative and keeps our members informed on how they can participate in our monthly puzzling adventure. Additionally, you will see Lauren sub in occasionally to host a virtual event.
