Volunteer Lead Selection Process We are incredibly grateful to everyone who volunteers with the CJPA. Our events are only possible because of people who generously share their time, energy, and enthusiasm with our community. When selecting Nationals Volunteer Leads, our goal is to create a team that is well-suited to support both the event and our volunteers. We aim to be fair and consistent in our selection process. Applications may be considered based on: Information provided in the volunteer application. Previous volunteer experience with the CJPA. Relevant skills, experience, and strengths. Availability and ability to meet the responsibilities of the role. The overall needs and balance of the volunteer team. Every application is appreciated and carefully considered. As our community continues to grow, there may be times when we are unable to offer a Lead role to every qualified applicant.
